Subscription/Box Information:

• The scents in your monthly box will change every month depending on the theme. Look out for email updates & information on our instagram page
• Your box will be shipped in the first week of every month 
• By subscribing you are confirming that you are happy to receive the Waxmelt Box monthly. We cannot accept returns or refunds if you do not like the scents or have allergies (Save those waxmelts up as they'll make great gifts!)
• You are able to cancel your subscription any time via your online account 
• The cut off each month's box will be the 20th. For example, any orders after the 20th March will receive April's box.
• After your first initial payment, payments will then be taken from the 1st of the month (except weekends & Bank Holidays)
• If you start your subscription box after the 20th of the month, you will receive the following months box. You will then be charged from the 1st of the month the month after (For example: Purchase box 22/3/23, you receive the Easter box from the first week of April, your next payment will be 1st May)

At Favor & Grace, we believe in the power of slowing down and practising self care, and that fragrance shouldn't harm the environment or hurt animals. Our natural soy wax melts are made with ethically sourced, sustainable soy wax.

These wax melts were hand poured in my kitchen, wrapped with love by myself and are shipped from Brentwood, Essex.
